Abstract

The Cathedral Foundation is a nonprofit Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) aimed at democratizing access to finance and fundraising through decentralization. Using our native governance token, CATH, we enable active community participation in decision-making, fostering transparency and inclusivity. Our core mission is to eliminate complexity, intermediaries, and barriers that hinder businesses—especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—from accessing the capital they need to thrive.

At the heart of the Cathedral Foundation DAO is the belief that finance should be accessible to everyone. By leveraging the power of decentralized technology and governance, we create platforms where communities can directly support businesses they believe in, creating a more engaged, transparent, and fair fundraising process. The CATH token not only empowers our community with voting rights but also allows members to contribute actively to the direction and growth of the businesses they support.

Our DAO model is designed to build strong, decentralized ecosystems, where community-driven governance is the cornerstone of financial democratization. The Cathedral Foundation is not only redefining how businesses raise capital but also empowering individuals to take an active role in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic inclusion on a global scale.
